Hi, I’m Toni Vitale, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Vita Bella Counseling! With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in suburban, urban, and rural communities, helping individuals and families navigate life’s toughest moments.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Hunter College, City University of New York. I am an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and consultant as well as a Brainspotting-certified consultant. My post-master’s training from the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center, combined with years of experience working with diverse racial and cultural backgrounds, has shaped my approach to therapy.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, relationship challenges, separation/divorce, affairs, loss, substance use, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic style is warm, gentle, and supportive, and I work from a strengths-based perspective—helping you recognize your resilience and create new possibilities for change.
