We are a trauma informed Center that offers EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic, CBT, IFS/Parts/Ego state, DBT and Child Centered Play Therapy. We specialize in trauma, family conflict, attachment, adoption, grief, infidelity, anxiety, relational challenges, substance use, and physical or sexual abuse. 

All Clinicians are trained in EMDR, Brainspotting or both.  This includes our Reiki practitioner who is working toward Brainspotting certification.
